AMSAF Update April 2022

AMSAF Supporter,
We are getting into the final stretches of preparation for our May 7th, “Share the Road & Riding for the Long Haul” Fundraising event.

This will be our seventh year of holding this event and each year we have grown in attendance with the community and this year is no exception.

We have a fun night planned and hoping to bring back the “Happy Days” as we have all been confined to some extent the past couple of years with COVID.

If you have not purchased your seat or table, please let me know how I can help or go to www.amsaf.org/RFTLH to purchase your tickets. We are at the stage where we want to get a good head count, so we have enough welcome gifts for you along with a good count on food. Our final day to purchase tickets is April 23rd.

There are no ticket sales or walk in at night of event.

Here is a promo video for you to watch on our event: https://youtu.be/eknPuM5LGlM Sit back, turn your sound up and think back to those Happy Day memories.

Our theme for the evening is the 50’ s. If you like, come in your best 50’s outfit, enjoy the dinner, auctions and just have a fun time.

We will have a contest for the best outfit, and will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place along with a number of great auction and raffle items.

Our Guest Speaker for the evening is Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers and we are expecting over three hundred in attendance from the community.

Our attendee’s will be from the State, Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, Local Police Departments, Motorcycle Business, and many other local businesses.

Our Mission is to help reduce crashes and fatalities and Distracted Driving. We need your help as we cannot do it alone. Together we can do this.

Please help us.

We have grown with our Motorcycle training program and Helmet assistance Program.

In May we will be offering another great program to help the community.

Our goal is to promote safety and awareness and we do a lot of this through our programs, social media, billboards and newsletters.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you at our event.
